1. Return Policy
- Customized or Personalized Products:
Since our products are often made-to-order and personalized as per your request, we do not accept returns on customized items unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. - Non-Customized Products:
For non-personalized products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@hexa2prints.com or calling +91 9606061217.
- Please include clear photos or video of the issue along with your order number.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
3. Refund Process
- If eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom printed items
- Personalized gifts
- Items purchased during promotions or sales
- Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided production or dispatch has not started.
- For cancellation, contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number.
